PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of preventing disconnection failure of a picture signal line.SOLUTION: The display device comprises: a display region in which a scanning signal line and the picture signal line are formed; a terminal group for supplying signals to the scanning signal line and the picture signal line; and a lighting test circuit consisting of a plurality of first thin film transistors in which a drain electrode is connected to the picture signal line, a source electrode is connected to a test terminal and a gate electrode is commonly connected via a control signal line for test. The display device further comprises: a conductive thin film layer that is disposed by being separated at a predetermined distance from the control signal line for test; and a second thin film transistor that is formed in a region between the conductive thin film layer and the first thin film transistor and in which the gate electrode is connected to the control signal line for test. In the display device, a first spark generation voltage for a spark of static electricity to generate between the gate electrode and source/drain electrodes in the first thin film transistor is smaller than a second spark generation voltage for a spark of static electricity to generate between the control signal line for test and the conductive thin film layer. |
