PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an injection molding that can manufacture the injection molding in a shape closer to a design value.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an injection molding includes: a resin injection process P2 for injecting a molten resin into a cavity formed by a first mold and second mold in a clamping state; a pressurized gas injection process P3 for injecting a pressurized gas in the cavity, causing the molten resin to flow along the cavity through a hollow part after the hollow part has been formed in the molten resin by the pressurized gas, and causing the flow end of the molten resin to break through the molten resin; and a cooling process P6 for opening a passage communicated with the flow end of the molten resin after the molten resin has been broken through, and letting the cooling medium go through the hollow part. In the cooling process, the cooling medium is injected from a passage communicated with the flow end of the molten resin in the hollow part through a part in which the molten resin is broken through, and the cooling medium is discharged from an injection portion of pressurized gas. |
