PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for holding a paintbrush that stores a paintbrush in optimum condition without affecting the next painting work due to a bristle bundle being curved nor tending the bristle bundle to be gradually curled that makes the bristle bundle unusable, is made at an extremely low cost, stably stores multiple paintbrushes with one vessel for painting, and further, is generally and easily used for the vessels for painting having different sizes.SOLUTION: A paintbrush holder 1 includes: a body part 2; a pinching unit 3 provided near the upper part of the body part 2 for pinching a handle 21 of a paintbrush 20 and directing a bristle bundle side downwardly to hold the paintbrush 20 in a standing state; and a mount part 4 provided near the lower part of the body part 2 for mounting the body part 2 to an edge part 32 constituting an upper end opening 31 of a vessel 30 for painting. |
