PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game hall system capable of smoothly supporting cleaning service while avoiding limitation on hardware as much as possible.SOLUTION: The game hall system includes: a game player identifying means for identifying the presence of a player playing a game machine 2; a cleaning start determination means for determining whether a cleaning start condition has been established or not when detection state is changed from a presence state where the player playing the game machine 2 is detected to an absence state where no player is detected, on the basis of an identification result of the game player identifying means; a display means which is provided for the game machine 2 to display cleaning information for causing workers in a game hall to clean the game machine 2, in accordance with a determination result of the cleaning start determination means; a cleaning operation means for performing cleaning operation to specify at least one of start or end of cleaning by the workers in the game hall; and a cleaning display termination means for terminating cleaning information displayed by the display means when the cleaning operation is performed. |
