PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel deterioration prediction device capable of predicting a degree of oxidation deterioration of a fuel in a fuel tank without complicating a structure of a fuel tank.SOLUTION: A fuel deterioration prediction device is attached to a hydraulic shovel 1 including a temperature sensor 11 for detecting a temperature of a fuel stored in a fuel tank 21. The hydraulic shovel 1 includes: a timer part 8a for measuring a time required for the temperature sensor 11 to detect a temperature of the fuel; first setting means in which relation between an oxidation deterioration speed of the fuel and the temperature of the fuel is set in advance; oxidation deterioration speed calculation means for calculating the oxidation deterioration speed of the fuel on the basis of the relation set in the first setting means and the detected fuel temperature; second setting means in which relation among the oxidation deterioration degree of the fuel, the oxidation deterioration speed of the fuel and the time required for detecting a fuel temperature is set in advance; and oxidation deterioration degree calculation means for calculating the oxidation deterioration degree of the fuel on the basis of the relation set in the second setting means, the calculated speed and the measured time. |
