PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loader for a welding wire capable of smoothly feeding the welding wire to a weld section without twining and entanglement regardless of a loaded and stored amount of the wire in taking out the welding wire from a pail pack at a high speed.SOLUTION: In a loader for a welding wire in which the welding wire is twisted, loaded and stored in a loop form so as to form a columnar cavity in the center part of a pail pack, a flat plate ring shape hold-down plate having a taking out hole in the center part is disposed over the stored welding wire, and the outside diameter of the hold-down plate is made smaller than the inside diameter of a bottom plate caulking section of the pail pack by 1 mm or more and smaller than the inside diameter of a pail pack body section by 40 mm or less. Also, it is preferable to arrange a hold-down plate larger than the outside diameter of a flat plate ring shape hold-down plate on the lower side on the upper surface of the flat plate ring shape hold-down plate. |
