摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a workpiece measuring device, and to easily execute workpiece measuring work for workpiece positioning in a short time.SOLUTION: A wire saw is constituted so that a plurality of annular grooves 15 are formed at outer circumferences of a plurality of working rollers 14 arranged on axes parallel to each other, and a wire 16 is turned between the annular grooves 15, and a workpiece W is cut by the wire 16 at a position between the working rollers 14. Wide annular grooves 26 for measurement which are parallel to the annular grooves 15 for wires and wider than the annular grooves 15 for wires are formed on the outer circumference of one end of each of the pair of working rollers 14 facing each other. A bar 28 of a workpiece measuring device 27 is stretched over between the annular grooves 26 for measurement, and the end face position of the workpiece W is measured by a measuring instrument 29 which is movably supported on the bar 28, and the crystalline azimuth of the workpiece W is measured thereby.
