PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control device capable of properly controlling an inclined angle of a fall of an alternating-current voltage during shutdown in a reverse phase control system.SOLUTION: A light control device 11 comprises a switch section 19, a detection section 23, inclination control means, and a control section 24. The switch section 19 is connected to an alternating-current power source in series with a load, so as to control conduction of an alternating-current voltage to the load by a phase control for shutting-down during a period of every half cycle of the alternating-current voltage. The detection section 23 detects at least one of a current and a voltage flowing through the load. The inclination control means can set an inclined angle to a fall of the alternating-current voltage during a shut-down control of the switch section 19, and adjust the inclined angle. The control section 24 controls the switch section 19 to be shut down during a period of every half cycle of the alternating-current voltage, and controls the inclination control means so that the inclined angle of the fall of the alternating-current voltage during the shut-down control is varied according to a detection value obtained by the detection section 23. |
