An air-conditioning device (100) is provided with: an outdoor side flow rate control unit (a fourth flow rate control unit (22)) which generates intermediate pressure for injection into a compressor (1); and a bypass flow rate control unit (a sixth flow rate control unit (26)) which is installed in a bypass pipe (25) that bypasses an outdoor heat exchanger (3) so as to be parallel with the outdoor side flow rate control unit and, together with the outdoor side flow rate control unit, controls the heat exchange amount of the outdoor heat exchanger (3).
