<p>[Problem] To more accurately specify a leading end position of an endoscope on a previously acquired three-dimensional image of a subject in an endoscopic image diagnosis assistance device for specifying the leading end position of the endoscope using the three-dimensional image. [Solution] An endoscopic image diagnosis assistance device is provided with: a three-dimensional image data acquisition unit (11) which acquires three-dimensional image data relating to a subject; a tubular tissue shape data acquisition unit (12) which extracts and acquires tubular tissue shape data indicating the shape of a tubular tissue in the subject from the three-dimensional image data acquired by the three-dimensional image data acquisition unit (11); an endoscopic route data acquisition unit (13) which acquires endoscopic route data indicating the route of an endoscope inserted in the subject; and a matching unit (14) which performs matching between the tubular tissue shape data and the endoscopic route data.</p> |
