The tool has vertical plates (I,II,III) which are arranged separately in parting planes (T1,T2). The spraying channels (3) are formed over branch spaces (4) and opened into cavities (1) in parting plane (I) for supplying molding material through plate (III). An adjustment needle (6) is arranged vertical to plate plane, and provided with needle head (7) which is projected into branch space. A throttle is provided at needle head to determine flow rate of molding material through channel. The length of adjusting needle is adjusted to determine throttle action of needle head. An independent claim is included for a method for determining flow rate of molding material in injection molding tool.
