A culture dish for operating and culturing gametes and embryos in an assisted reproductive technology comprises a dish body and a dish cover. The dish body comprises a dish body bottom wall, a primary side wall and a secondary side wall, and the three parts are integrally formed. The top of the primary side wall is higher than that of the secondary side wall, and the vertical interval between the primary side wall and the secondary side wall is in a range of 3.0 mm to 5.0 mm. The horizontal interval between an outer edge of the top of the secondary side wall and an inner surface of the primary side wall is in a range of 3.0 mm to 5.0 mm. An annular groove is enclosed by the inner surface of the primary side wall, the outer surface of the secondary side wall and a part of an inner surface of the dish body bottom wall. A cylindrical space formed by the secondary side wall and the dish body bottom wall forms a culture space. An outer surface of the dish body bottom wall corresponding to the culture space can be tightly attached to a panel of a heating plate. The culture dish can prevent mineral oil from overflowing, and facilitates heat conduction and timely temperature compensation.
