PURPOSE: A nozzle with a vent rod is provided to spray the high quality of molten resin to an injection machine and an extruder by removing bubbles contained in the molten resin. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle with a vent rod(200) comprises a nozzle body(100). A spraying port(110) for spraying molten resin is formed in the front end of the nozzle body. An air outlet(120) is formed in one side of the nozzle body. The vent rod is divided into two parts to have a gap in the nozzle body. |
