PURPOSE: A system for evaluating and recommending talent person and a method thereof are provided to objectively perform previous evaluation of the talent person through recommendation of a job seeker from an existing duty company, a working grade, statistical information of the job seeker, and a working performance grade. CONSTITUTION: A talent person recommending module requests whether an existing duty company recommends a job seeker and a working grade to the existing duty company of the job seeker. A talent person information requesting module requests information of the job seeker. A talent person evaluating module statistically performs a numerical operation about a working performance grade of a talent person. An annual salary of the talent person displaying module receives annual salary offering information from companies which want to hire a searched job seeker in real time in an auction type.
