摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar heat combined power generation system which is a solar heat power generation system using fossil fuel simultaneously and which is capable of stably generating electric power without receiving influence by weather conditions, and a solar heat combined power generation method.SOLUTION: Combustion air compressed by a compressor 15 is superheated by an air superheater device 200 using solar heat energy and is introduced to a solar heat pressurizing boiler 1, high temperature-high pressure gas is generated by burning boiler fuel by the compressed-superheated combustion air, steam is generated by this high temperature-high pressure gas and is supplied to steam turbines 3 and 25 to drive a steam turbine generator 31, high pressure exhaust gas from the solar heat pressurizing boiler is introduced to an expansion gas turbine 2, and the compressor 15 and the gas turbine generator 23 are driven by the expansion gas turbine. The steam temperature is adjusted by arranging a temperature reducer 28 between an evaporator 39 and a superheater 41 of the solar heat pressurizing boiler. A high temperature heating medium heat storage tank 6 and a low temperature heating medium heat storage tank 7 are arranged, and are used as a heating source of the air superheater device.
