PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sense circuit capable of compensating switching noise superimposed when an electric charge and a current are read out from a photoelectric conversion cell, an operating method of the sense circuit, and a photoelectric conversion array.SOLUTION: A sense circuit includes: a differential amplifier circuit 2000 having an inverted input portion 2001, a non-inverted input portion 2002, and an output portion 2003; an electric capacity 10 connected between the inverted input portion and the output portion; and a field effect transistor 200-1 having a source 211, a drain 212, and a gate 213. One sides of the source and the drain are connected to the inverted input portion, and the other sides are connected to the output portion. A reference potential is supplied to the non-inverted input portion, and the output portion of the photoelectric conversion cell is connected to the inverted input portion. Before a cell output control potential becomes an on potential, a potential for intercepting the field effect transistor is supplied to the gate, and the cell output control potential is turned on to stat sensing by the sense circuit. Therefore, a sense circuit output potential stabilized after turning off the cell output control potential can be sampled/scanned. |
