摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing the fiber-reinforced electrolyte plate of a molten carbonate fuel cell which allows for optimization when reinforcing the electrolyte plate by mixing fibers.SOLUTION: Alumina fibers are cut with a pressure of 10 kg/cmby means of a press, and charged to a water soluble binder melted in water and stirred. Subsequently, lithium aluminate is charged and stirred thus forming a slurry composition. Furthermore, the slurry composition is molded into sheet-shape and dried thus forming a green sheet. Thereafter, the green sheet is heat treated and the water soluble binder is burnt out thus obtaining a porous body.
