PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing device for a steering machine, which applies a test load to a rotary vane type steering machine to be tested, by simulating an actual steering torque and actual steering torque fluctuation characteristics, and simulating a situation that is likely to cause a creeping phenomenon.SOLUTION: An actuator 6 of a testing steering machine as a means for applying a test load is formed of an actuator of a rotary vane type steering machine. A rotor 61 of the actuator 6 can be connected in tandem to a rotor 12 of an actuator 1 of a rotary vane type steering machine, which is a steering machine to be tested. |
