PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and convenient method for constructing a cast-in-place pile in a site where a ground water level is high.SOLUTION: At a position equivalent to the outer periphery of a cast-in-place pile 30, a plurality of soil cement columns 11 are constructed so that their lower ends reaches a depth lower than the ground water level and does not reach a depth equivalent to the lower end of the cast-in-place pile 30, a soil cement wall 10 is constructed having the plurality of soil cement columns 11 annularly connected together, and a ground 1 is drilled to form a drilled hole in the state of stabilizer filled in the drilled hole up to the depth equivalent to the lower end of the cast-in-place pile 30 through the inside of the soil cement wall 10. A reinforcement cage is arranged in the drilled hole, and concrete 15 is placed in the drilled hole.
