PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared shielding film that has excellent film flexibility and bending resistance, high visible light transmittance, and excellent infrared shielding properties, and an infrared shielding body provided with the infrared shielding film.SOLUTION: In an infrared shielding film, on a substrate, at least one laminate is provided in which a low refractive index layer and a high refractive index layer with different refractive indices are laminated alternately. At least one of the low refractive index layer and high refractive index layer includes metal oxide particles and a first polyvinyl alcohol resin with its polymerization degree of more than 5000 and less than 6500. |
