PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device capable of providing useful information.SOLUTION: A communication part 9 of a center server 1 provides image information except a predetermined area to a vehicle 10 as image information imaged by a vehicle A or a vehicle B. Namely, when image information in the predetermined area do not appropriately represent information which a user requires, the communication part 9 can provide information useful for the user by providing the image information except the predetermined area. An area before a traffic signal is set as the predetermined area, and the image information except the area before the traffic signal is provided to the user by preventing the vehicle A or the vehicle B from uploading the image information in the area before the traffic signal to the center server 1. |
