PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic cash transaction device for preventing the attachment of a skimming device.SOLUTION: The recording medium reading device for reading information recorded in a medium to be inserted includes: a medium insertion part having the insertion port of a medium and an insertion part conveyance path for conveying the medium inserted into the insertion port; a medium part having an information reading part for reading the information recorded in the medium and a medium part conveyance path for conveying the medium from the medium insertion part to the information reading part; a driving part disposed between the medium insertion part and a medium part for making the medium insertion part rotate just like vertically swinging with respect to the conveyance direction of the medium; and a medium control part for controlling the operations of the medium insertion part, the medium part and the driving part. |
