PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of improving performance in transmitting information stored in the information processor to a user terminal.SOLUTION: An information processor includes: acquisition means for acquiring image data; storage means for preserving the acquired image data; communication means for performing communication processing with a predetermined external terminal via a network; and preservation means for preserving the image data acquired by the acquisition means in the storage means in accordance with an indication. The preservation means preserves the acquired image data in the storage means in an uncompressed state when communication processing is being performed with the predetermined external terminal, and preserves the acquired image data after compressing the data when communication processing is not being performed with the predetermined external terminal.
