PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an inkjet head capable of preventing entry of foreign matter into an ink flow path in an assembly process, without affecting the following assembling work even if the ink flow path is covered by the filter constituting an ink chamber member.SOLUTION: In an inkjet head 1 that includes: a head substrate 2 having a plurality of nozzles 231, a pressure chamber and a pressure generating means 214; a holding substrate 3 holding and fixing a head substrate 2; and an ink chamber member 5 that has a filter 521 to catch foreign matter in the ink that flow in from external of the head substrate 2, the ink chamber member 5 is formed by being divided into at least two components of an ink chamber member 5 body formed with the ink chamber 511 inside, and a filter holder 52 in which the filter 521 is provided beforehand. After the filter holder 52 is connected to the holding substrate 3 so that the ink flow path to the pressure chamber is coated with the filter 521, the holding substrate 3 and the head substrate 2 are connected, and after that, the ink chamber 5 body is connected to coat the filter 521 and the ink chamber member is formed on the holding substrate 3. |
