For each management screen for an equipment item/device, an equipment management device (10) that manages an equipment item/device installed in a facility stores screen data (122) in a data storage unit (12). Said screen data (122) is configured from: an image (image data (122a), scroll image data (122b)) for displaying the management screen; and a screen action table (122c). Said screen action table (122c) associates: information about an operation performed from the management screen; with information about an action of a display terminal, said action being done by means of said operation. In a specified timing, by means of wireless communication, the equipment management device (10) sends to the display terminal, the screen data (122) and the screen action table (122c), said screen data (122) and said screen action table (122c) being for the management screen, and being stored in the data storage unit (12). |
