Provided is a method for reporting multicarrier measure results. The method comprises: receiving a measurement control message (S101), where the measurement control message comprises a predetermined measure result reporting condition of a main carrier or of an auxiliary carrier; and, if one carrier between the main carrier and the auxiliary carrier meets the predetermined measure result reporting condition, then transmitting a measurement report message comprising the measure results (S102). Utilization of the present invention allows for implementation, in a same-frequency measurement event-type report status, when a carrier is without a triggering event, that is, when the predetermined measure result reporting condition is not met, of using a predetermined reporting cell status set to construct the measure results thereof, thus allowing for the construction of the measure results in the absence of the corresponding reporting cell status.
