PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot apparatus, a control program, and a computer-readable recording medium having a control program recorded therein, which allow a user to appropriately recognize the contents of a variety of sounds being output, thereby obtaining the status of the robot apparatus.SOLUTION: A robot apparatus includes: a sound outputting device (9) for outputting sounds; a detection device (110) for detecting the generation of an event based on detection information; and a sound information storage device (220) for storing sound information as a sound signal outputted from the sound outputting device (9). The sound information storage device (220) stores single first sound information corresponding to a first event, and a plurality of pieces of second sound information corresponding to a second event. The sound outputting device (9) outputs sounds corresponding to the first and second sound information. The second sound information is selected from the plurality of pieces of second sound information according to the event. |
