PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building air-conditioning system utilizing ground heat that can improve heat exchange efficiency in a heat exchange unit and stably utilizing ground heat.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning system using ground heat cools or heats a room by utilizing ground heat available via a heat exchange unit 1 embedded underground. Relating to the heat exchange unit 1 of the air-conditioning system utilizing ground heat, a folded pipe line 12 with both ends protruded upward from a hollow steel pipe pile 11 is inserted into the hollow steel pipe 11 driven into underground 5 from a base of a building 2. A heat exchange liquid 13 made from alkaline aqueous solution is pooled between the hollow steep pipe pile 11 and the folded pipe line 12. One end of the folded pipe line 12 is connected to an air supply pipe line 3 for a room, and the other end of the folded pipe line 12 is connected to an air recovery pipe line 4 from the room.
