PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting mold in which floating of a port core is prevented when molten metal is filled.SOLUTION: A thermal expansive packing 7 is mounted to a projection 6 of a core print 4 of a port core 3 to constitute a thermal expansive part, the expansive part is inserted in (engaged with) a recess 5 of a female mold 1, and thereby the port core 3 is set to a casting mold. The packing 7 is thus thermally expanded by preheat of the casting mold and a gap between the female mold 1 and the core print 4 is filled with the packing. As a result, the port core 3 is firmly bonded to the female mold 1, so that floating of the port core 3 is prevented when molten metal is filled. |
