A method of handling multicall functionality for mobile device in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes receiving an information element (IE) from a first network through a handover procedure, wherein the IE contains multicall capability of a core network; and initiating the multicall functionality according to the IE when handing over to the second network.
