<p>A method for encrypting a digital information memory card, an internal memory is set in the memory card, and a reading control terminal equipped with a reader and a protection area are set in the internal memory, and the internal memory is divided into a hard disk dividing table area and a document area. One of the areas is selected by an application program to be written into a protected storage means identification number.
