PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector capable of detecting a fitting state of a power receiving side connector and a connector fitting part, and capable of more reliably improving safety.SOLUTION: In an electric connector 100 related to the present invention, a latch claw 132 is provided at a front side (namely, an SD side in a separating direction) in a fitting direction FD of a connector fitting part 111 to a power receiving side connector 10 rather than a lock claw 122, and a latch arm 131 fluctuates and releases engagement of a latch engaging piece 133 and a second engaging groove 143B while being retracted in the connector fitting part 111. A latch arm 131 comprises a protrusion 131A which releases engagement between a holding engagement piece 162 of a lock release holding part 160 and the second engaging groove 143B when engaging the second engaging groove 143B and the latch engaging piece 133. |
