PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of avoiding missing an output of broadcast audio based on a broadcast signal by detecting a broadcast signal even during a speaker output of emergency audio based on an emergency signal.SOLUTION: When a carrier of an emergency signal is detected, the emergency signal starts to be received. A tone detection section 15 detects tone signals included in the emergency signal, and a recording/reproducing section 16 extracts and records emergency audio between the first tone signal and the next tone signal included in the emergency signal, and finishes receiving the emergency signal. While the carrier of the emergency signal is detected, a control section 20 reproduces the recorded emergency audio to a speaker output, and if a carrier of a broadcast signal is detected in the meantime, receives the broadcast signal as long as the carrier of the broadcast signal is detected, and switches an output switch section 17 to make a speaker output of broadcast audio interrupting the speaker output of emergency audio. |
