PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably transfer a resin material which is transferred toward a base part of a screw to a distal end side of a heating cylinder and prevent the resin material from clogging the base part of the screw and the resin material from scattering from a base end of an injection device.SOLUTION: In an injection device 10 of an injection molding machine 12, a screw 16 in which a helical flow passage for transferring a resin material P1 is formed is inserted to and disposed in a heating cylinder 16 including an opening part 21 for inputting the resin material. While the screw 16 is rotated about the axial center, the resin material P1 input from the opening part 21 is transferred and molten, and by advancing the screw 16, molten resin P2 is extruded. The flow passage is continuously installed from the distal end side of the heating cylinder 15 over a base end side relative to the opening part 21, and is formed by 1.5 or more pitches on the further base end side from a lower end position nearest to the base end part where the resin material P1 can be filled from the opening part 21, when the screw 16 is inserted to a position for starting the rotation. |
