PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a circulation flow rate of liquid in a liquid circulation device of a sealed structure.SOLUTION: A liquid circulation device 10 of a sealed structure is constituted by: returning liquid forcibly fed to a liquid flow passage, to a supply side buffer chamber 112 by a circulating pump 100; and sucking the liquid of the supply side buffer chamber 112 by the circulating pump 100. Before operating the circulating pump 100, pressure of the liquid in the supply side buffer chamber 112 and the liquid flow passage is pressurized in a pressure range higher than a pressure obtained by multiplying &Dgr;P (a pressurizing quantity of pressurizing liquid in a pump room 102 by the circulating pump 100) by 0.8 and dividing it by C (a ratio of a volumetric change to a pressure change in the supply side buffer chamber 112), and lower than &Dgr;P. Thus, since the supply side buffer chamber 112 does not become negative pressure even if the circulating pump 100 is operated, a liquid of the volume of a quantity of operating the circulating pump 100 can be forcibly fed, and a circulating flow rate of the liquid can be increased.
