PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture which can prevent a waterproof sheet from being damaged and can be easily and surely provided in a building structure, and a waterproof structure.SOLUTION: A fixture 3 is used to fix a waterproof sheet 2 provided with a hook-and-loop fastener on a skeleton 10 of a building structure, the waterproof sheet 2 comprising a waterproof sheet 4 and a plurality of protrusions 53 provided on the lower surface side, each protrusion having a pin-like protrusion body 531 and a head 532 provided at the tip part of the protrusion body 531. The fixture 3 has a plate piece 6 arranged on the rear face side of the waterproof sheet 2 with the hook-and-loop fastener and a machine screw 8 provided on one surface side of the plate piece 6 and serving as a fixing portion for fixing the plate piece 6 to the skeleton 10. The plate piece 6 has holes 62 through which the protrusions 53 of the waterproof sheet 2 with the hook-and-loop fastener are penetrated respectively, and the head 532 of the protrusion 53 engages with an edge part facing the hole 62 of the plate piece 6 in the state that the protrusion 53 is penetrated into the hole 62. |
