The invention is a multicore cable (10) wherein: tape (14) is wound spirally around the outer circumference of an aggregate core (13) in which multiple small-diameter electric wires (11, 12) are intertwined; a shield conductor (15) is arranged around the outer side of said tape (14); and the outer side of said shield conductor (15) is covered by an outer cover (16). The tape (14) is wound: in a winding direction that is the same as the twist direction of the aggregate core (13); and with a winding pitch that is the same as the twist pitch of the aggregate core (13). The winding angle of the tape (14) is between 8° and 20°.
