PURPOSE: Wallpaper including an opaque coating layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the wallpaper having different shapes in drying and absorbing moisture by laminating the opaque coating layer which is changed to a transparent layer when absorbing moisture. CONSTITUTION: Wallpaper including an opaque coating layer includes the opaque coating layer on a printing layer. The opaque coating layer is changed to a transparent layer by contact with moisture. The opaque coating layer includes polyvinyl alcohol based resin and a backing material layer under the printing layer. The opaque coating layer includes a resin layer on the backing material layer. A manufacturing method of the wallpaper includes a step for drying the wallpaper including a printing layer after coating the wallpaper with resin for forming an opaque treatment layer. |
