PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor device in which a motor and a controller are formed integrally, and the oil of the motor having a structure allowing inflow of oil can be prevented from flowing into the controller side, by sealing between the motor housing and a bus bar, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: Proximal end 20a of a cylindrical second bus bar is press fitted in a first bus bar 19 secured to an insulator 21 by integral molding, and the distal end 20b of the second bus bar is connected to a substrate 28. A stator 5, a rotor holding member 22, and the second bus bar 20 are molded integrally with a motor housing 15. An annular seal member 27 is fitted in a plurality of annular seal grooves 26 formed between a cylindrical recess 25 of the motor housing 15 and the second bus bar 20, thus sealing between the motor housing 15 and the bus bar 18. Furthermore, a locking member 36 for locking the seal member 27 is welded to close the open end of the recess 25. |
