PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer program, a mobile information processing device, a traffic signal control system and a signal control method that are capable of easily performing a phase operation of a traffic signal control device.SOLUTION: A CPU 51 displays a signal device status screen in a display unit 55. When one approach road has been selected in the signal device status screen, the approach road being selected from among multiple approach roads that approach an intersection, the CPU 51 generates a command that controls the phase of a signal for the selected approach road. The CPU 51 sends the generated command to the traffic signal control device via a communication unit 52.
