PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which reduces a possibility of deteriorating signal accuracy of a resolver, and to provide an electric power steering device.SOLUTION: A resolver insulator 16 insulates a resolver stator core 18A and a resolver coil 18B from each other and supports a resolver stator 14b. The resolver insulator 16 has an extension part 16A which, in order to be fixed to a front bracket 11b being a flange, extends so as to overlap the front bracket 11b when viewed from the axial direction of a rotation axis Zr of an exposed input/output shaft 21 and is in contact with the front bracket 11b. |
