PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative photosensitive resin composition suitably used for manufacturing a color filter or a liquid crystal panel as being excellent in photosensitivity, alkali developability, adhesion, plate-making property, and coloring prevention at the time of heating.SOLUTION: A photosensitive resin composition includes an alkali-soluble resin, a polymerizable monomer, and a photopolymerization initiator, and further includes phosphate ester having an ethylenically unsaturated group. |
