PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely regulate temperature in a heating chamber by controlling an amount of saturated steam supplied to each nozzle.SOLUTION: Superheated steam in each of heating chambers 5a-5d for baking articles 3 is supplied to a heating means 13 through an exhaust passage 15 by an air supply means 12 and heated to a required temperature in the heating means and then circulated and supplied to each heating chamber through a superheated steam supply passage 14 and a nozzle 7. Saturated steam generated by a saturated steam supply means 21 is supplied to the nozzle 7 provided in at least the low-temperature side heating chamber through a saturated steam supply passage 23. Since the saturated steam supply passage has a flow control means 24 for controlling the flow of the saturated steam, temperature in the heating chamber can be regulated by controlling the amount of saturated steam by the flow control means. |
