PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction nozzle and a component mounting device that can prevent trouble such that when performing image recognition of a component, a part of a suction nozzle is misrecognized as a part of a frame-shaped component and the component is disposed of as a defective.SOLUTION: A suction nozzle 22 fitted to a suction head 14 of a component mounting device 1 and sucking a frame-shaped component 5 formed in a frame shape through vacuum suction from a suction hole 64 at a lower end has a nozzle tip contact part 62, coming into contact with the frame-shaped component 5 formed to have substantially the same outer shape as the frame-shaped component 5. A thickness-reduced part 62a which is opened downward and reduced in thickness in a recessed shape is provided in a region of the nozzle tip contact part 62 corresponding to a part in the frame of the frame-shaped component 5. |
