FREEZE-SUPPRESSING PAVEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freeze-suppressing pavement that can easily restore a freeze-suppressing function and maintain the freeze-suppressing function for a longer period of time.SOLUTION: The surface layer of a drainable or permeable pavement is sprayed with a binder 12 for forming an adhesive thin layer, rubber powder 13 with a particle size of 0.3 mm or less is distributed over the adhesive thin layer, the rubber powder 13 of them which does not adhere to the adhesive thin layer is removed for construction of a freeze-suppressing pavement.
