<p>A laser processing device (1) equipped with: a laser oscillator (4) that oscillates laser light (L); a light-guiding means (5) that guides the laser light (L) to an object (2) to be processed; a fluid supply means (6) that supplies a fluid (F); a processing head (8) equipped with a fluid passage (7) in which the fluid (F) from the fluid supply means (6) circulates; and a fluid discharge means (9) that discharges the fluid (F) from the fluid passage (7). An aperture part (7a) of the fluid passage in the processing head (8) and the object (2) to be processed are brought close together, the interval between the object (2) to be processed and the processing head (8) is filled with the fluid (F), and the fluid discharge means (9) discharges the fluid (F) from the fluid passage (7). Thus, provided is a laser processing device with which a decrease in the processing efficiency of the laser light due to disturbances in the flow of fluid is suppressed, and with which the fluid is easily processed.</p> |
