摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method in tubular pile installation and excavation with use of casing which can flexibly meet the demands of large diameter and long construction without being affected by land form and the environment.SOLUTION: When a tubular pile is installed in a foundation onto which a heavy machine and a construction device are hard to be transported, an introduction material 13 is installed in a foothold prepared in a position apart from the foundation, to which a gripping device 3 is fixed, and a tubular pile 6 is penetrated through the introduction material 13 and the gripping device 3 to be set in a pile center. An inner digger device 1 is hung by a crane on the foothold and inserted in the tubular pile 6, and the foundation is excavated by the inner digger device 1 in a state of using the tubular pile 6 as reaction force for excavation, and the tubular pile is pressed in at an appropriate timing. The inner digger device 1 comprises an excavation part comprising a screw type auger or a down-the-hole hammer and an excavated earth storage part. The gripping device 3 has each means for chucking, moving vertically and rotating the tubular pile 6.
