PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability of treatment liquid of a zinc- or zinc-nickel alloy-plated article at high pH which has been unstable.SOLUTION: A trivalent chromium colored chemical conversion coating film treatment liquid for zinc plating or zinc-based alloy plating includes: (1) a trivalent chromium compound, (2) at least one ion supply source selected from a chlorine ion, nitrate ion and sulfate ion, and (3) two or more of organic acid or organic acid salt, and is used at pH of 2.8-5.0. |
