PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head part reinforcement structure which is capable of sufficiently demonstrating a reinforcement effect by increase of a plate thickness of a pile head part and is excellent in heat radiation of the pile head part, in the pile head part reinforcement structure for reinforcing the pile head part by a reinforcing steel plate so as not to damage the pile head part of a pile by vibromotive force of a vibration hammer when installing a steel pipe pile or a steel pipe sheet pile with the vibration hammer.SOLUTION: A pile head part reinforcement structure R is composed of a structure for which five (at least three) holding part reinforcing steel plates 2 are arranged at an interval from each other in a circumferential direction of a pile head part 1a on an outer peripheral surface of a holding part A of the pile head part 1a held by a chuck device of a vibration hammer, and entire periphery fillet weld (welding part 4) is executed to the periphery of the respective holding part reinforcing steel plates 2 on site.
