PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a proper partial image corresponding to an area designated from a prescribed image.SOLUTION: An area of a partial image acquired from a prescribed image is designated, the prescribed image is recognized as one or a plurality of block areas on the basis of an analysis parameter analyzing an image layout, the recognized one or plurality of block areas are compared with the designated area to perform a first block determination for classifying the block areas into any one of a first block area included in the designated area, a second block area which is not included in the designated area and a third block area which is an undecided area. After the analysis parameter is changed for the block areas determined as the third block area and the block areas are re-recognized, a second block determination for classifying the block areas into the first block area or the second block area is performed. The partial image is generated on the basis of a set of the first block area obtained in the first block determination and the second block determination. |
